1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the babajje platform, including the website located at babajje.net, all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and babajje ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the babajje Privacy Policy and any additional rules that apply to specific games, promotions, or features on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the babajje Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on babajje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. babajje is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction on the babajje Platform.
• You must not have had a previous babajje account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

babajje takes its underage gambling obligations seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed or is attempting to access the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We encourage all Players who share devices with minors to use appropriate parental control tools.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the babajje Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering a babajje account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. babajje is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of babajje's commitment to security and responsible gaming, the Company operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by the Company:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Any additional documentation required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal access. babajje reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Account Credentials

Your babajje Login username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify babajje support immediately. babajje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

babajje supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT. babajje does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your babajje balance in real time upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer. Deposits made via Rocket or Upay may take up to 10 minutes to credit during peak periods. All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff will generally be actioned within 2–4 hours for mobile money transfers. babajje reserves the right to extend this timeframe during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• babajje reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• babajje will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the name on the registered babajje account.
• In the event of a suspected error, technical fault, or fraudulent transaction, babajje reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

babajje may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, seasonal offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 18 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• babajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed through abuse of promotional terms, multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus exploitation will be voided. Associated accounts may be suspended.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are classified as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

Seasonal Promotions

babajje runs seasonal promotions aligned with major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series) as well as cultural occasions such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are subject to individual terms published at the time of each campaign and are available to eligible Players in Bangladesh only.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

babajje offers a range of gaming and betting products including live casino table games, video slots, crash games, and cricket sports betting. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before participating.

General Gameplay Rules

• All bets and wagers placed on babajje are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or betting rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network failure, or game malfunction during an active session, babajje will attempt to reconstruct the session outcome from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Player balances.
• babajje uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all virtual games and casino slots. Live dealer games are sourced from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are displayed within the relevant game interface. babajje reserves the right to alter these limits at any time.
• Winnings from games and bets are credited to the Player's babajje balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or event outcome.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on babajje cover pre-match and live in-play events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following general rules apply to all cricket betting markets:

• All markets are subject to the official result as declared by the governing body of the competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method, babajje will apply the standard cricket betting settlement rules applicable to the specific market type.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time. A brief delay may occur between on-field events and odds updates. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the risk of the Player.
• babajje reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, including during live play, if integrity concerns arise or if the data feed is interrupted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babajje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, engaging in identity fraud, or impersonating another person or entity.
• Money laundering: Using the babajje Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. babajje cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or betting event on the Platform.
• Cheating and software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scrapers, data mining tools, or any third-party software that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or provides an unfair advantage.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one registered account on the babajje Platform, either directly or through the use of another person's details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, coordinated wagering, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal in relation to a deposit made on the babajje Platform. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount may be pursued through legal channels.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.

babajje monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, babajje reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: suspend or close the account, void all pending and settled bets from the affected period, withhold and/or forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

babajje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if the Company reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their babajje account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that:

• All active bets and game sessions have been settled or closed.
• Any remaining balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method.
• You do not have any outstanding verification documents requested by the Company.

Balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account that are not withdrawn within 30 days of the closure request will be forfeited, subject to applicable legal requirements. babajje will retain Player data following account closure in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who close their account under a self-exclusion arrangement or responsible gaming request will be subject to the specific conditions of that arrangement. 9. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babajje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the babajje Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical faults, network failures, or service interruptions beyond babajje's reasonable control
• Loss of winnings due to game malfunction, provided that babajje has followed its standard game malfunction policy of voiding the affected round and returning the stake
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the Platform

Platform Availability

babajje strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or for reasons outside the Company's control including force majeure events such as infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or regulatory orders.

Third-Party Content

Games and live dealer content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers) are subject to the terms and technical specifications of those providers. babajje is not responsible for errors, outages, or malfunctions originating within third-party game software, provided that babajje applies its standard malfunction policy as described above.

10. Amendments to These Terms

babajje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or eligibility criteria — babajje will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where changes are non-material (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies, or administrative updates), babajje may implement them without advance notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.

Your continued use of the babajje Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute, misunderstanding, or inconsistency arising from a translation, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
